Want to be healthier by eating a variety of food? Easy to use tool to keep track of the last time you ate grains, chicken, etc. Just check them off. Numbers appear tracking the order you ate the food groups, and this flexible tool lets you see which food groups you haven't eaten or haven't eaten in a while (and it will update the number for eating it again).

The number increases as you check them off, so when you see a food with a very old number, you may want to eat that food again. Then unchecking a food group that already has a number will let you check it off again to update the number to most recently eaten.

The square checkboxes and the numbers tracking the order of food groups are remembered on your device for next time. The bubble checkboxes are for your mental notes for later today and does not get remembered for next time.
